Teddy Wilson
Driver Coach
Teddy Wilson is a renowned driver with national and international racing credentials. He is an esteemed graduate of the Motorsport UK (MSA) AASE Programme which has honed many other talented drivers globally.
In 2019, Teddy marked a significant achievement in his career when he won the opening round of the F4 US Championship. This remarkable feat earned him a nomination for the coveted Aston Martin Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award. The year before, he managed to secure seventh place in the 2018 F4 US Championship, standing out in a record-breaking field.
His track experience extends beyond just championships. Teddy has also bravely competed in OK Junior (OKJ) in both WSK and CIK-FIA European and World Championships. One of his most noteworthy early achievements includes being crowned the Super One MSA British IAME Cadet Karting Champion in 2014.
Apart from his own racing endeavors, Teddy dedicates part of his prowess to guiding others. As an Ards Instructor, he helps drivers of all ages hone their skills in cars. He also provides coaching to junior drivers in karting, extending his knowledge and expertise both on track and on simulators.
Teddy's commitment to fostering new talent led him to work as a driver coach for internationally recognized racing teams. From 2021 to 2023, he served as a driver coach for Fusion Motorsport, and earlier in 2020, he played a similar role at Oliver Rowland Motorsport. These roles not only allowed him to shape future champions but also enabled him to gain invaluable experience working with drivers across different series including FIA F3, Ginetta Junior, LMP3, and GT4.
In every capacity, Teddy Wilson continues to contribute substantially to the world of motorsport, both through his own achievements and by nurturing the next generation of racers.
